Thank you so much for the response to my query. We actually had just returned from the store when I got this email! I would like to commend The Ultimate on the absolutely wonderful shopping experience my daughter, Julia, and I had!! We found not one, but many, dresses to choose from and came home with one that is just perfect! Plus the perfect shoes! We had been EVERYWHERE for a semi dress and were getting desperate! I will now never shop anywhere else but at The Ultimate. I don’t remember our salesgirl’s name – she was a young girl with a distinctive name – were we there from about 5:30 to 7:00 on Thursday night. She was fabulous and I would love to thank her personally.

Thank you so much for all the attention today. It’s no secret that my daughter was stressed out and had no idea what dress she wanted. You were so patient with her. All the dresses you showed us were wonderful. Jess was so excited with the Jovani dress we bought! We’ll be back next week to accessorize. Thanks again …. I can finally relax with that behind us.

I remember not so long ago my Dad was picking out my beautiful prom dress at the Ultimate. Therefore, When I started planning my wedding, I knew exactly where I wanted to pick out my bridesmaid dresses. Your staff was so patient and thorough, offering great advice and top service. I was so nervous about my girls liking them. Why, I don’t know? When it was time for them to try the dresses on – they loved them – all seven of them.
Words can’t express how beautiful they all looked that day. When you are planning a wedding it is hard to picture how everything will end. Well for me it was perfect…just how dreamed it would be. The jewelry you helped me pick out was the perfect gift and final touch. Thank you so much for helping me make the right decision once again.

Years ago, the ultimate was in a house. My mother bought all her clothes there. When I got older, all my prom dresses and clothes were bought there. Now I have a teenage daughter, who in turn, buys all her gowns there too. All of the woman that work there are great! They are very helpful, and tell you the truth whether you look good in an outfit or gown or not. This is the best place to go if you are looking for that special outfit or gown. Gina”

“I took my daughter there yesterday and I cannot say enough about the place from the organization of the staff, their helpfulness and advice (thanks Kathy!) to the selection of dresses. It was a dream shop for any girl shopping for a prom or special occasion. We will be back next year for senior prom the only problem the dress she got yesterday for junior prom is hard to beat but with the selection I am sure it should be no problem.”

I was so excited about your store that I had to write you and hopefully share with those web browsers who are looking for a place to buy that special dress, like I did. As mother of the bride this October, I’ve been to all the local stores and bridal shops looking for the perfect dress, with no luck. Everyone had exactly the “same old” style dresses, spaghetti straps, or strapless with a usually long jacket. Someone at work suggested I try the Ultimate, as her daughters had bought their prom dresses there, and how extremely helpful everyone was. I didn’t really want to waste my time, but I stopped on the way to having another look in Syms.
Was I surprised ! Not only did you have gorgeous dresses for me, there were actually too many to try on, and in my size too. There was a great range of prices, but they all appeared to be cheaper than the bridal shops I’d been to. The amount of dresses in plus sizes was equally impressive. I can’t believe I’d not heard about this place sooner. Another bonus was the best selection of elegant shoes and sandals that I’ve seen in any of the bridal shops, displayed on a large wall, not all over the store like so many of the bridal settings. I found my perfect dress, thanks to MaryLou who knew what I wanted and asked another staff member to go unpack it, as it had just arrived that day.
