In stock dresses are normally shipped within 3-5 business after the order is placed. When the order is shipped, you will then receive an email with your tracking information. * TAX POLICY: The Ultimate will only charge a 6.25% tax on Massachusetts residents only. The 6.25% tax will be added to any item that is more than $175.00 priced. Any item under $175.00 will not be charged the 6.25% tax. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!

Quinceanera Gowns
Please check availability on all Quinceanera Gowns. Most Quinceanera Gowns will be Special Orders. Many Quinceanera Gowns are not in stock and might take a few weeks to get from the Manufacturer. Contact us either by email at info@ultimatewomansapparel.com or call us at 1.978.535.5440. Thank You.
All orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. These orders need to go through our inspection process before leaving the warehouse. On special orders, we will e-mail you the delivery date within 24 hours.
Outside the U.S.(excluding Canada) - $100 will be authorized on your Credit Card. It may cost more or less for shipping charges, depending on the box and weight of the package. We will then inform you by either email or phone to give you the exact amount that is charged on the Credit Card. We use UPS to ship to international addresses. Customer is responsible for Duties and Taxes, which are billed to you by UPS/Postal Service.

- An estimate of charges from UPS runs between $150.00 US dollars and $180.00 US dollars, and can take for delivery between 3 to 7 business days. All estimates matter on location, dimensions of the shipment and how quick you would like the shipment delivered.
- An estimate of charges from the Postal Service runs between $80 US dollars and $175 US dollars and can take for delivery between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method. All estimates matter on location, dimensions of the shipment and how quick you would like the shipment delivered.
*** While using UPS for shipping our products. The Ultimate is not responsible if UPS might deliver late, or have any exceptions. We give an estimate of the date which the package should be delivered, using UPS resources. All orders will have a tracking number, which can be used on their website at www.ups.com. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you your UPS tracking number.***

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks: Electronic (Please see instructions below) and Money Orders. Customers using money orders or personal checks, your order will not be placed until we receive the money order or the electronic personal check is processed.

With the money order/check make sure you include the company name, style #, size, color of item wanted. Then include your name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address.
Instructions for Personal Checks: These checks will be processed electronically through your Bank Account. You need to place the order, and please select the Money Order option. In the comment section, please tell us you will be paying via Personal Check. Once we receive the order, we will contact you or you may contact us first. We will get the account number and routing number over the phone and process the check while on the phone with you. An email confirmation will be sent from our Merchant Service company to you of the completed transaction. It is a secure transaction, just like our credit card system is very secure also.
